The Company Team Captain

The Company's Team Captain is responsible for forming a team, recruiting runners, finalizing the entry, obtaining and distributing race day materials to the participants, and submitting scores. The Company Team Captain also coordinates the t-shirt contest entry and makes hospitality arrangements.


The Registration Process

There are three steps in the registration process: 1) Create team, 2) Participants register, and 3) Company team is finalized.

Each team must meet the minimum registration requirements - four men for a male team, four women for a female team, or two men and two women for a mixed team.

Please Note:

  • The final deadline for companies and individuals to register will be three weeks prior to the race.
  • No race day entries will be accepted.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable even in the case of event cancellation.
  • Race packs will not be released until all entry fees have been paid.

1. Create Your Company Team

2. Registration (after creating your team)

  • Register yourself if you plan to run.
    (Registrations will only be accepted via our new online system)
  • Send your coworkers the link to your Team page and instruct them to register.
  • Customize and maintain your team page, communicate with your team members, and more using the Captain Tools link.
  • Registration will close 3 weeks prior to the event date!
  • There will be no race day registration.

3. Finalize Team

  • Finalize your team using the Finalize button under Captain Tools. Payment information will be entered at this time if the Company is paying for the team.
  • All teams must be finalized 3 weeks prior to the event date.
