Includes a checklist for Team Captains as well as important information for everyone on the company team.Rent a Tent: Make sure to reserve your team tent as soon as possible. Spaces are allotted on a first come, first serve basis. You can submit your form online and save money too! Bayfront Park Map: This map shows an aerial view of Bayfront Park. T-Shirt Contest Rules: This form outlines the rules and procedures you must follow to submit your T-Shirt for consideration into the T-Shirt contest.Company Roster Form: for use only by the Team Captain. After you have collected all the Release Forms, fill out and include this Roster Form with your release forms and payment. You may organize your list of runners on a computer spreadsheet program, then print it out and submit with Roster Form – full instructions and tips included on this form.Runner's Release Form: all participants must completely fill out, sign this form and give to the Team Captain.Food & Beverage Menu: You've reserved your tent, now it's time to order the food and beverage. Our new caterer for this year, Game Plan Services Inc., will be able to offer a full menu for post race celebration. From salad to subs to ribs to rigatoni, delivered to your tent along with your favorite beverages. No need to lug coolers and food trays across the park, let them do all the work while you sit back and enjoy the festivities. Please be aware, no unauthorized vendors, cooking preparation or open flames will be allowed onsite, no exceptions. Use our friends over at Happy Pace for all your t-shirt needs!.Street Detours: Print this form for detailed information on Street detour locations and times The Nike Reuse-A-Shoe program has partnered with the 2009 Miami Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run to collect worn-out athletic shoes through organizations participating in the race. Nike will then recycle the shoes into Nike Grind, a material used to create sustainable sports and playground surfaces. Please download this informational form to learn more about the program and how your organization can hold its own Reuse-A-Shoe drive. Nike has created a downloadable poster that can placed in your office to inform other employees about your collection. The poster has a blank space at the bottom to hand write where your office’s drop off point will be.
