How can my company enter?

You can enter 3 Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run events right here at mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com. On this website, consult the Series schedule and locate the city in which you have an interest. Then click on that link and you will find registration information along with links to online registration for that particular date. Unless otherwise noted, you can enter as many Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run events as you like and your entire company is eligible to participate, as long as you and your teammates have met the eligibility requirements.

Can I sign up as an individual?

No. The Corporate Challenge is a team event, and you must have a minimum of two men and two women; or four men; or four women; to be able to field a team.

Why Is It Important to Wear a Race Number?

Because many thousands of people enter Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run events, the only way we can properly identify you is by your race number. This becomes critically important in the event of a medical emergency. Our event is also covered extensively by the media and through photography on this web site and we strive to report 100-percent accurate information. We also conduct chip timing, and because of this, race numbers are absolutely non-transferrable.

Where Should I Wear my Race Number?

Please pin it to the front of your shirt (we encourage all participants to wear their company's t-shirt). Do not fold or modify the bib because it could cause the timing chip to fail. If you do not wear a race number, you and your company risk disqualification from the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run. Race numbers should never be photocopied.

Are walkers allowed?

Absolutely. The Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run is an event for all comers-racers, joggers and walkers. For safety purposes, however, baby strollers (and baby joggers) and non-service dogs are not allowed on the race course.

What are the eligibility requirements?

There are detailed eligibility requirements provided on the Rules page for each city on this website. Topline, however, our event is open to all employees of corporations, businesses and financial institutions, just as long as they work 25 hours per week and have been employed by the company for at least three months prior to race night. 4 men, 4 women, 2/2

Sure, as long as you meet the team eligibility requirements.

How much does it cost to register my team?

The cost is equal to the number of runners from your company times the per person entry fee posted on the website. There is no separate team entry fee.

Can I register a team on race night?

We do not accept race night registration. Each event has a pre-race registration deadline.

Where does my entry fee go?

TeamFootWorks owns and operates the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run Series. Operating expenses (e.g. permit fees, medical, t-shirts, food & beverage, event operations) exceed revenues taken in from registration.

How do I pay the entry fees for my team?

You may pay the entry fees online by credit card.

My runners are paying a portion of their entry fee. How do I set up my company's payment method?

Set your payment method as "Team Captain Pays". This allows your runners to sign up online without being required to pay their entry fee. When all of your runners are registered, you can pay online for the team by credit card covering all of the entry fees. The system will not accept partial credit card payment from individual runners.

I signed up my company online, but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Add "confirmation@mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com" to your address book. This ensures that you will receive future email correspondence from the race coordinator. Next, please send an email to info@mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com requesting a second confirmation email. Please include the city you are registering for along with your company name. Remember, you will not receive the second confirmation unless you have added our email address to your address book.

How do we change our Company Captain?

Where can I park/how can I get around on race night?

Click on the city's name from the Event dropdown on the top navigation menu of this website. You'll find traffic information (street closings, restrictions), parking details and driving directions listed under the maps/directions/transportation link on the sidebar. However, note that the Mercedes Benz Corporate Run strongly recommends car-pooling or public transportation to our race sites.

How are the results compiled?

We score three categories - Men's Team (four men), Women's Team (four women), Mixed Team (two men, two women). It is solely up to the Company Captain to determine what participants go on which teams after the runners have turned in their times that evening. You cannot place an employee on two separate scoring teams. You do not have to enter everyone's time.

How and when do I submit my company teams' times?

Submit your team scores promptly online by noon the next business day using Captains Tools.

When will the team results be ready?

Normally, complete team results from a particular city will be on this website approximately one week following the completion of the event. Thank you for your patience with this, as every entrant's eligibility requirements must be screened.

There is a problem with the results. How can it be fixed?

If you feel there is a discrepancy in the results, please contact us at info@mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com We will investigate immediately and get back to you.

Can my company enter the T-shirt contest?

In the cities where we include a T-shirt contest, we'd love it, and so will your employees. You will find the necessary information on this website. Start by going to the T-shirt Contest page under the General Information link for your city.

I saw my picture on the website. Can I get a copy?

We try to fulfill all reasonable requests. Contact us at info@mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com and be very specific about the photo you are referencing. We will do our very best to locate the photo and then we will get back to you with how you can get a digital copy.

My company is interested in becoming a Series sponsor. How can we make that happen?

Send us your request at sponsorship@mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com and we'll make sure our sponsorship group sees it and gets back in touch with you.

I received an email from TeamFootWorks, or Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run requesting personal information, including confirmation of my account. Why did I receive this and what should I do?

The TeamFootWorks or the Mercedes-Benz Corporate Run Series do not send emails requesting you to reply with your credit card details. If you suspect any sort of fraud, such as phishing, please let us know by sending an email to info@mercedesbenzcorporaterun.com.
